I take various things at various times but my stables are -
*Womens Multi vitamin containing everything but the kitchen sink (has herbs and things as well as vitamins and minerals)
* Glutamine
* CALCIUM (can't stress this enough for women - so I will say it again - CALCIUM!!!). The calcium should be in a calcium citrate form (not calcium carbonate or calcium phosphate) as this is the form that is the most easily absorbed and utilised by the body.
* magnesium - because I do not get a lot of salt in my diet my calves and feet cramp severely if I do not take this.
I suggest:
A good multivitamin designed for women
A good calcium suppliment
Glutamine
