So with all the threads on this diet and the positive reviews, I've decided to take the plunge. My main impetus is that I'm totally exhausted with the constant food preparation, I spend 45 minutes at night preparing food for the next day. So, I'm jumping in cold turkey today- here's my plan so far:
8 Am- 12 almonds, 1 scoop whey, water
11 Am- apple, 12 almonds
2 pm- 1 scoop whey, 12 almonds
5 or 6 PM- Feast
This gives me around 500 calories during the day, is that too much? I'm not dying of hunger yet, but probably will be around 4.

Thanks guys- I've been working hard for some time, but want to try this diet just for the sake of simplicity. If anyone using this diet has any comments on how much they eat during the undereating phase, I'd appreciate it. I'm damn hungry right now, but I'm looking forward to devouring an entire pizza later!

I've been doing intermittent fasting for about 2 weeks now, more along the Leangains line of things, which is to say 16hrs fasted, 8 hrs fed. It's not precisely how the Warrior diet is laid out but it seems to be doing just fine for me. And I really like the ease of it. I'd check out Martin Berkhan's site Leangains.com and do some reading on it. Otherwise, like those dudes said whatever the hell your doing is working just friggin' peachy lol.

Thanks for the response, I'll check out that site. I've got the 6-7 meal a day thing dialed because as long as I've been doing this that's been the dogma. Recently, however, I've read that a lot of that is just bro-science and you can maintain and keep bodyfat low on something like this. It's really appealing because having to prepare and lug food to work every day is really eating up a lot of my life.

Fast whenever you want as long as it's at least 16 hrs. 6am to 4 pm is not 16 hrs though.
I find it easier to fast throughout the day, workout, then eat until I go to bed. Just whatever works for you.
Same here bro, then I discovered IF. Haven't tried the warrior diet and don't think I would want to. Trust me on this, it's actually easier to do a full 16 hr fast than it is to eat like a bird throughout the undereating phase of the WD. I actually do a 20/4 IF and it only took about a week to get used to the fast. I feel hungry for about 30 minutes upon waking but after that, no hunger whatsoever.

Yeah, it looks pretty interesting- so you're following more of a lean gains approach, 16 hour fast then starting to eat at around noon or 1pm? I may end up going with something like that, sounds a bit more palatable, something like this:
So I would eat 20-25% of my cals at lunch (noon)
Then the same in my preworkout meal at 6
Then feast in post workout at 8 or so.

Yes. Leangains approach but instead of the 16 hr fast, I go 20 hrs, and train fasted with 100% of my calories during the PWO period because of my schedule.
Leangains is all about convience. Do whatever works best for you, Your plan looks good. I would leave 60% of your calories for PWO though. So if you wanted to follow the 2 PreWO meals protocol, set it up something like this.
Noon- 20% daily cals
PreWO- 20% daily cals
PWO- 60% daily cals

Leangains recommends BCAA's before fasted training, but I personally dont. I tried it for about a month and when I ran out I figured I would try without it and I see no difference at all.
Energy levels are great fasted, I figured It would be awful but I feel a lot lighter on my feet, better focus compared to eating a preWO meal.
