Lower back pain ( not sore ) from doing pr deadlift?

i just started deadlifting and squating about a week ago and im deadlifting a plate on each side right now and i attempted about 220 pound max rep for a first pr and my lower back has slightly pain but not soreness.... i dont get lower back pain from regular deadlifting though just the pr... my back was also strait during the 1 rep should i be concerned about my back.... it hurts really bad if i tuck my chin in to my chest... otherwise i dont feel any pain. Btw im only like 130 pounds 5'6 right now.

If you are certain it isn't musculature pain then go to the doctor.
