    You have good muscularity.

    The pose you're doing is actually called a side chest rather than a side bi.

    In that picture, put your right hand on top of your left wrist, and then bring both forearms in contact with your torso. That will help eliminate any "open spaces" in your side chest pose.

    Thank you Skip for correcting me and for the posing advice.

    I am still learning about BB, I come from a powerlifting background and only recently decided to pursue BB competitively.

    I have not yet competed and I am still learning the poses.

    I will be competing this year. I was supposed to have done a show three weeks ago but pulled out due to it being in a shopping mall. I'd rather be in a hall for my first show.
