    eNOXIDE: Sublingual Technology Test Log

    Hello Everyone,

I was fortunate enough to log eNOXIDE by MuscleMeds:

I will be running this log for at least two weeks, where I will be providing you my personal experience of this product based on: Pump, Strength, Focus, and Endurance.

My training and diet protocols are: Crossfit and Intermittent Fasting(With slight caloric deficiency)

I will post any food that I change in my diet (Tomorrow I will post the food I eat now) and any other extra information I see fit.

And now, let the fun begin!

    10/07/2010

    Workout:

    Incline Bench:

    Results:
    2X5: 185,205
    2X3: 215,225
    2X1: 235,235

    "Strict Cindy"

    5 Strict Pullups
    10 Strict Pushups
    15 Strict Air Squats

    Results: 16 rounds + 9 Pushups

All Pushups and Air Squats unbroken (Very happy about this!)

    Comments:

    Pump:

I felt slight more pumped than usual. It is too early to tell, but I liked the way I felt. I noticed later on in the day I looked more vascular in the arms, however again it is the first day, so I will see how I feel as time goes on and will post any changes.

    Strength:

I felt strong today. Because I IF (Intermittent Fast) I take some BCAA which helps me through my workouts, but I was excited to start this product, so I did feel really strong and upbeat.

    Focus:

Focus was spot on. Again it is the first day and I will see how this goes throughout the next 2 weeks. I am staying positive and looking forward to seeing results.

    Endurance:

Endurance was great. I stayed consistent and strong through every second of the workout.

    Extra Information:

Rest day tomorrow. I will attempt to post pictures on what I usually eat post workout (All my food is eaten then as I IF.

I like that this is a sublingual supplement. I have tried one other of these kinds of products, so I am familiar with the protocol of taking it. It is fast and easy and since I need to take it about 15 before my workout, I can just place it under my tongue and walk to the gym. Quick and easy, which makes this a HUGE plus!

    Rest day will feel good.

    Workout:

    Decline Bench:

    5X3: 225-225-225-235-245
    3X1: 255-265-275

Happy to see myself lifting heavy weight even though I am getting smaller

    4 rounds for time:

    7 Push Press (135#)
    14 pullups

    5:40

    Comments:

    Pump:

Pump was really good today. I blasted through the decline bench like it was my BI**H. I really wish I could do olympic lifting, however I need to let my back heal up. I am thinking about 2 more weeks for it

    Strength:

Strength was awesome today! Even though I have lost 15 lbs, my bench is still as strong as it was when I was up at 195 lbs. I must say my diet and training protocol is working really well!

    Focus:

Focus was on key. Couldn't ask for better!

    Endurance:

Endurance through my metcon was very good. Stay consistent and blasted out the push presses and pullups efficiently and fast. Having a smaller frame makes it easier too now.

    Extra Information:

So far so good. My performance is strong and I owe that mostly to my diet and devotion. Plus a little extra kick from this supplement

    Workout:

    "Tabata This!"

    Tabata Row
    Rest 1 minute
    Tabata Squat
    Rest 1 minute
    Tabata Pull-up
    Rest 1 minute
    Tabata Push-up
    Rest 1 minute
    Tabata Sit-up

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Unit for the row is "calories".

    Row - 6
    Squat - 20
    Pull-up - 6
    Push-up (2010 Games Standard - Release hands at bottom) - 7
    Sit-up - 14

    Total: 53

Would have gotten more on the row, however I didn't realize it was my last round.

    Comments:

    Pump:

Pump was really strong today. I was engaged in my workout from the time I did my first pull on the row to the last sit-up. This workout required a strong will and today, I gave it my best effort and it showed.

    Strength:

Strength was great. Although the metcon today was more skill and endurance based, I was able to blast through each rep one after the other.

    Focus:

Focus was spot on, which was a must for today!

    Endurance:

Endurance was really needed for today as all the movements were bodyweight lifts. I came out on top and was very pleased.

    Extra Information:

I also want to add that almost immedietely after dissovling the pill in my mouth I felt a very strong pump and blood flow to my chest and got really zoned in. I liked the feeling and rolled with it. A very nice feeling. Perhaps the effects of vasodilation? I am not 100 percent sure. Regardless, my work output was high today.

I also noticed that I am getting more full with my current input of calories, I plan on reducing down to 1800 calories post workout and seeing my performance for a week or so. I expect good results

    Pump:

Pump was still there however I was a little sluggish today. These days happen and I am not concerned about it. I am sure I will be back to speed tomorrow.

    Strength:

Strength was average. I was able to complete my workout and stay strong throughout it. Not a stellar day in Strength however.

    Focus:

Focus is still there. Cycled through my Handstand pushups and pullups very well.

    Endurance:

Endurance was still good, again a little sluggish, but I made sure that didn't stop me.

    Extra Information:

First day of sub-1800 calories. So far so good. I will see how I feel tomorrow on it.

It can, however based on Muscle-meds recommendations this is your pre-workout. But I would recommend using other products that have taurine, creatine, BCAA, etc.

    Workout:

    Bench Press:

    5X5: 225
    5X1: 235-240-245-250-255

    For time:

    25/50/50
    20/40/40
    etc..
    5/10/10

    Double-Unders/GHD's/Back Extensions

    23:00

    Comments:

    Pump:

Pump was good. The workout was really brutal and in the end I was destroyed. This was due to using a crappy GHD machine and made the movements really hard as I was not locked in properly.

    Strength:

Strength on the Bench press was good. I recovered quick between the sets and got back on quickly.

    Focus:

I was driven today to really finish that metcon, no matter how painful it was (especially for my back which is still in the healing process)

    Endurance:

Endurance was good, until the end where I was just destroyed by the workout.

    Extra Information:

Still going strong on sub 1800 calories.

Go for it. Sorry I have not replied earlier, been pretty busy. I believe that just using eNOXIDE is not enough. Using other supplements that will help get your anabolics going (for me, BCAA and leucine really help me when working out fasted).

Rest day. My mid-section really needed a rest after the GHD's!

    10/14/2010

    Workout:

    Decline Bench:

    5X5: 225-235-245-255-265
    3X1: 275

    AMRAP 15min:

    5 Pullups
    10 OHS (95#)
    15 Pushups (2010 Games Standards)

    7 rounds + 5 pullups

    All pullups and OHS unbroken.

    Comments:

    Pump:

Pump was awesome today. Really zoned in and just crushed my workout today.

    Strength:

Strength was great. The decline bench pressing was easy and had plenty left over for my metcon.

    Focus:

Focus was spot on! I wish I would have gotten more rounds but the pullup bar and squat rack was some distance away. The pushups were slow. If you ever tried hand released pushups, you would understand

    Endurance:

Endurance was great. Got through everything and still had plenty to spare!

    Extra Information:

No problems thus far on 1800 calories.

As soon as my back heals (whenever that will be) I plan on going freaking heavy and eating so much more. I cannot wait!

    Rest day.

    10/19/2010

    Workout:

    Bench Press

    5X3: 135-185-225-230-235
    2X1: 245-255

    "Bulger"

    Ten rounds for time of:

    Run 150 meters
    7 Chest to bar pull-ups
135 pound Front squat, 7 reps
    7 Handstand push-ups

    Subbed the Run for Row

    30:00

Time was wasted having to go from the rower to the pullup bar to the squat rack and a wall. I was happy to be doing Front Squats again.

    Comments:

    Pump:

Pump was awesome. Today was a Crossfit Hero workout, which really tests your strength, endurance and your tolerance to pain. Man was I pumped!

    Strength:

Strength was right on! Took down that workout even though I was really tired after it.

    Focus:

Focus was above normal due to the fact that I had a job to accomplish. Crossfit Hero workouts are designed to honor those who have died for their country. I am always honored when I do them.

    Endurance:

Endurance was great. Was losing it close to the end but it was ten rounds of those exercises. No small feat I tell you.

    Extra Information:

Still going strong on sub 1800. Man I cannot wait to start bulking again

Well, I have completed a two week log of this product and am ready to give you my overall opinions and conclusions about it.

When it came to convenience and ease of use, this product gets a 10/10. One simply takes the product and lets it dissolve in their mouth. It is very easy and quick to do, which makes this effective.

Pumps and strengths, for me personally, were very good. I always felt strong and able to do my workouts no problem. It was not miracle pill, but it did help me get the job done and for that it receives a 8/10.

Endurance and focus was always spot on. Crossfit requires a great deal of dedication and drive. I believe this product helped with this quite well. 9/10.

Vascularity with this product was good. I didn't really feel vascular however I did notice some changes in it. 7/10.

    Overall: 34/40 = B

One thing one may consider is the overall price of this product and the dosage amount. While I believe it did some benefit, being only 10mg seems a bit low to me personally. If one were not to use this product correctly they may end up just swallowing the 10mg and have it not properly digest in the stomach.

However if used correctly, I feel that one can have good workouts with good results.

Thank you once again Musclemeds for giving me the chance to log this product.

    Have a great day!
