    Easy adjustable dumbells with a dial!

    I thought I would share my new purchase with you all! Many of my friends had not heard of this innovation when I told them.

    They are basically one set of dumbells that sit in a tray. Turn the dial to select the weight you want and pick up the dumbell, some of the weight discs will then stay in the tray (unless you select the heaviest weight!)

    They are great for home gyms and to help save space. I did a little review on you tube which sums them up. Here is the link.....Shop around for the best price though as the websites vary.

    I've never seen a dumbbell like that. Adjustable, yes, but changing weight with a dial, no. It looks like it promotes laziness to be honest.

    only thing is that your review actually shows why many of us dislike those dumbbells... besides the fact that they arent going to last as long and arent as good quality as the ironmasters or powerblocks...

    I am also not going to hate on anybody lifting weights... even if they are bowflex...
