cop has seen him leave those dorm rooms (before this happen)
finds him "not sure how" (4 building connnected in this south side dorm rooms with 10 story's each)
beats him up, mace, the whole thing and put him under arrest
courts is coming up
there is multiple eye witness

That guy was swearing and kicking and resisting arrest, the cop in my opinion was even treating him nicely, he had the power to do alot more to him for resisting arrest.

Ok so at first he was just a student walking through a construction site, and now he's a drug dealer.
