Since ive started drinking just water ive been getting alot of headaches really don't know why this is happening any ideas?

This. As a former caffeine addict, I can attest to the transition of cutting soda out of my diet as being pretty rough. But it was well worth it on my body, habits, and wallet. If it is really too much, then try tapering off by having less and less non-water drinks as part of your daily habits. I went cold turkey, but not everyone has to...

How so? I gave up caffeine for the first 6 months of this year and noticed no differences. And I was a regular user (3-18 cups of coffee, every day), so there should have been *some* improvement, but I saw no increase in energy levels or improvements in sleep. It did save money, since generic Folgers is around $14/can here, but that was the only change I saw...
