    Cool protein powder and dextrose

    was just wondering whats the best type of protein powder to get. I see a lot of things like isolate and concentrate and things and arent really sure which to get.

    also is dextrose worth getting for post workout, or are normal, simple carbs good enough?

    - Isolate is better, but concentrate is fine. The difference's between both are marginal, seeing as though whey in general is used very quickly anyway.

    - Dextrose is simple sugar... What are you on about?!
