Seen so many guys swinging the weight and using their backs at the gym and their biceps are average. Yet they see me curling 25's and bertstare me because my biceps are bigger than theirs. Also keeping your arm stationary and locked to your sides while doing curls is better than swinging your elbow under the weight.

This. recently noticed most of the big people at my gym curl low ass weight

i always finish my biceps with a 30lb ez-curl bar, standing i do 15 reps, rest 15 seconds, 14 reps, rest 14 seconds, etc, down to 1 rep/1 second. Never had a better pump in my life
