    If you want big biceps, drop the weight and use strict form.

    Seen so many guys swinging the weight and using their backs at the gym and their biceps are average. Yet they see me curling 25's and bertstare me because my biceps are bigger than theirs. Also keeping your arm stationary and locked to your sides while doing curls is better than swinging your elbow under the weight.

    Ridiculous swinging isn't the greatest idea, but honestly, super strict form is not necessary. You realize multiple muscle groups are meant to work together right? Synergies? Leverages also make it tough with super strict curls, and can actually be hard on the elbow.

    I like to use strict seated, start off with 40's to failure, grab 25's and go to failure. Also like using the cable machine and start with the stack then drop 3 plates each time.
