A quick question about weight gainers?
Allmax Quickmass or any other brand of weight gainer, if taken. Does it increase body fat or make one fat???

Consuming too many calories above your maintenance level causes fat gain. Weight gainers can help you gain muscle, but some fat gain is inevitable when bulking up.
