Hi im 15, 143, 5'8 and my current cutting macros are 200 carbs 171 protein and 50 fat with 2000 calories... is that good?

Bro your 15....go play xbox or something. Eat like a cow, you will burn everything at your age. If you do workout dont do bodybuilder splits. Focus on compound movements. Pull ups, dead lifts "correctly!" squats. Just be very carefull and dont show off for your friends. Bodybuilding is a marathon, if you get hurt you wont be able to progress. Dont focus on supplements either dude, very few of them actually work and the ones that do they arent going to help you much or be good for you at 15. Just eat, eat eat eat eat. Tacos, steaks, chicken, pastas, chineese food. Get it all in. If you start to get fat then slow down some. Simple as that.

You should not even be considering losing weight at that age, especially with your current stats.
Start eating more, training hard, and grow some muscle mass over the next 2-3 years.
At that point, then look into a cutting phase to reveal all the hard work you've put in.�USMC (2009-2013) �
