RT's first log, featuring ALRI's Venom Lean Dreams
This will be the first of hopefully many logs, anyway down to the business at hand. I'd like to thank FnF and ALRI for letting me log this product, i'm hoping for great things.
My Venom came in yesterday evening and i took my first dose last night around 12:30ish and I was out by 2am!! For some of you thats not a big deal but for me thats awesome considering im up till 4:30am on a regular basis(insomnia is a bitch). So at the very least for me this product is worth it for getting to sleep. I did experience one side effect already though and i can't really say its a bad thing. I slept very VERY deeply, I woke up with a crook in my neck bc i slept all night long in a funky position, so my warning to anyone not used to this product get somewhere comfortable bc wherever you lay down thats where ur stayin for at least 6hrs. I only woke up once and that was at 8am only to fall back asleep for another 2hrs. Long story short I LOVE this stuff. I obviously cant report on any fat lost as of yet since ive only taken it once.
Today is an "off" day so I did light cardio this morning and am going for a jog with a friend in a few, so thats all to report for now. Sorry for the novel, im still new to this.
Other supplements(aside fom whey, fish oil, and a multi) i'm taking right now are:
Thermolife Cre2
Thermolife Dicana
Thermolife E-Bol
Scivation Xtend
Spring Valley glucosamine & chondroitan(hey its cheap)

Well I'm still loving Lean Dreams, my sleep is very deep and surprisingly enough my dreams are very vivid. I can take LD and be sleep within an hr or so, which is awesome.
As for workouts yesterday was a rat race at school and the gym so i just had to "get in where i fit in" and take any machine i could manage to snag. So my "workout" if you can call it that isnt even worth posting. The other bad news for the day is, there is something goin on with my shoulder and neck. I can barely move my neck without a VERY sharp pain shooting from the back of my neck to my left shoulder(my weak one), im trying to get an appointment with a physical therapist friend of mine for tommorow or monday to see if they cant help me out a bit and if not then i'll unfortunately have to go to the doc( I HATE doctors btw). Hopefully this subsides so i can get in a real workout soon, something worth posting up.

I'm laggin on my log really bad, hospital issues, studying, and keeping old promises has kept me off the boards for the most part. FINALLY got my neck all fixed up!!!! Didnt have a proper workout last night but i did move a lot of heavy **** from 830-1130 PM in the cold so thats GOTTA count for something. In the proces of moving all of that **** i did learn the importance of stamina to go along with the strength we develop. The other guy that was helpin move my friend out was relatively strong but had NO endurance watsoever and kept taking breaks, which was the main reason we took so long. I also learned i need to start training my grip/forearms more. So one more practical use for bodybuilding in my books, the stamina and endurance gained from it, not soley the strength.

Well im still injury free physically so thats good but I haven't had motivation for the gym to throw around iron. I just do my morning jog and thats it. I know I NEED to get back in the gym, I feel guilty for not going for a number of reasons. It's not lookin so great for my granddad(most of yall that read/post in here know the hospital issues). He's finally eating more which is great but he wont stop bleeding after the surgery(he's needing at least 2units of blood a day) so im startin to seriously worry and every time i think about lifting, or really doing anything other than bein on some board or bein in thermochat i picture him laying in that bed with tubes coming out of him not really being able to move. One of my friends is tryin to babysit me back into the gym in hopes that gettin back at it will help me feel a little better. I'm really hoping so bc the last 6 days have sucked, tried to keep it all to myself but thats hard lol .
Good news is I sleep VERY well now, and im losing a little fat here while still keepin my cals relatively high. I can fit decently into a regular L and comfortably in an XL so for that im VERY excited and happy, hell even my man boobs are shrinkin so...LD at night and dicana and e-bol during the day DEFINITELY WORKS. Today I finish my first bottle of e-bol and so far i love it like a fat kid loves cake(believe me i used to love cake so i know, hell i still do).
Hopefully my friend's plan works for me and i can get back to gaining some of that lean heavy stuff with the iron Thx for followin my log u guys I appreciate it. Soon we will see a major transformation thread from RT(i've gotten a little motivated just typin all of this up so let's hope for tommorow).

RT, a much higher power is in control, let it be and pray for your Grandfather. I know how you feel and I bet your Grandfather would want you doing what makes you happy ( lifting) it doesnt mean you are not thinking about him or do not love him. The man above has plans we just dont know what they are yet. I will pray for your Grandfather to be well Make sure to spend as much time with him as you can.
Now, pick your ass up and go lift !

Round the clock Job indeed!!! So guess who hit the gym....ME!!! It was light work but still felt damned good to bang some plates together. Yesterday was a leg day but it was kept light since I had some "interesting" activities planned for today .
Walking lunges: 4 x 12 @ 140lbs
Leg extensions(shutup i have to fight for free equipment): 2 x 6 @140lbs , 2 x 6@ 145lbs
Leg press 4 x 12 @ 340lbs (!@#$%#@!~@&)
Doesn't look like much but it kills, believe me. As for today I have a friend who trains and fights MMA and we're getting him prepared for a fight (still relatively far off but who cares). I weigh 225lbs and sparring with this guy is the toughest cardio around, even with pads he hits HARD, long story short I had a lot of fun training with my buddy earlier today, we both walked away sore but uninjured so its all good. We worked on striking only today since in all honesty i would be no challenge for him on the ground, so we'll leave mat work to his bjj buddies.

It's tough **** man i'm not gonna kid around. U get in a serious training camp and you'll leave with bruises at least a couple times a week. The ground game is a LOT tougher to learn than striking bc its not somethin that comes natural to most ppl. I need to work on my ground game ALOT but right now I dont have the money for serious training like that.

^ yeah I have a buddy who does MMA. I wrestled in highschool so I have decent grappling/ground experience but dude... MMA ground work is ALOT different, brutal stuff. Granted its been a few years for me but we were messing around and wouldn't ever want to go to the ground with him.
Just keep doing what training you can within your budget, if you want it bad enough I'm sure you will eventually get the training you need!
Anyways, I like Lean Dreams as well as I have some pretty crazy insomnia problems. I just hardly ever take it because once school starts i can rarely dedicate 8hrs to sleep, I have to rely on naps here and there. It is definately some good stuff though!

Alright RT's update part deux, lets see if it works this time. I figured its time for a mid-way pseudo review of my supps, besides i got nothin elsse to do since im comin down with somethin that i caught at my cousins tennis tournament damnit.
Lean Dreams: You all know by now I love this stuff. Even if it didnt help with fatloss id love it for the quality of sleep I get from it. Deep sleep and vivid dreams with a little fat burning is A-OK in my book. Thus far in conjuntion with the Dican a im taking i've been able to lose a noticable ammount of fat (im anto scale right now) to the point that ppl around me are commenting on the fit of my clothes(ego boost for sure !!!). 9.99/10 (the caps smell funny )
Dicana: Another supp that im in love with, i dont normally "respond" to fat burners but dicana is different, within 10-15 minutes of taking it i begin to feel a lil warmer but nothin crazy. I'm still shocked at how well this works considering the small caps. I really like Dicana just wish there were more in the bottle to last longer at 4 caps a day. 8.5/10 (im greedy and want more damn u)
E-bol: Now this stuff is somethin to write home about!!! I havent lost any strength, gained a little actually. My muscles feel full all the damned time and firmer as well. I get nice and mellowed out to which aint bad bc im relatively high strung(not add or anything but u get the idea). Wish I could get more at a better price but the companies have to make money to. 9/10 (price keeps it fom being a 10)
Xtend: Everyone loves this stuf and true enough it tastes amazing but outside of feeling a little extra "in the tank" during workouts I havent noticed any improved recovery and im not going past 6 scoops bc the stuff costs too much to do that. Call me watever name u want but for the price I won't be buying this stuff again. 6.5/10 (its just too expensive compared to the net results)
Cre2: I'm still luke warm about this bc im not very responsive to NO products and CEE is CEE is CEE. I do feel a nice little pump tho but nothing extraordinary, so with that... 7/10

So its been a CRAZY 4 days. More sparring(ow) tonight, agreed to try a friends "circuit routine" on friday afternoon and WTF some of my friends are ****ing stupid, I dont even wanna go into it. Overtraining FTL is all i'll say. Friday NIGHT on the other hand was funnnn, my lady friend notices the difference in my body comp(had been a lil over 2 weeks since we last hung out) and she LIKES it. So this prompted me to get my butt on the scale and guess who's 7 lbs less flabby!?!?! ME BITCHES!!! Tomm I'll have an organized workout and maybe even start postin some macros or somethin. Take care yall.

Sorry everyone been dealing with a lot lately. Bestfriends grandma died and to be honest i've got a bit of an embarassing situation on my hands. We all remember the lady friend that RT was so happy about, well we hung out again and she likes to play with the jewels...well she was a bit rough and im goin to a urologist as soon as i can get an appointment setup to make sure i dont have a torsion...this sux ass. It would just be a bruised testicle or not, im just gonna go ahead and go and NOT see her again, i cant even sleep this hurts so much. It might be funny to some of yall but for me this is a serious ****ing hurt right now. *crosses fingers its a bruise or something that will go away in time with enough anti inflamatories*
