    pushups everyday before bed

    anyone else got into the habit of doing this. i did a few today but a woman at my school told me "boy keep doing those pushups eveyday your gonna be a strong by the time you graduate"
    which reminded me of a few years ago evey night in my room i would lift my 20 lbs dumbells in each hand until exhaustion set in and before bed i would find myself doing pushups until exhaustion

    Do some dips and feet inclined pushups too for hitting the chest from different angles.... Mix it up everynight.
