    Diet Guru's, Need Help With Cut, To lower Body Fat Weight Doesent Change

    It's Odd I been workin out for about 5 months, gained good size and strength even went up a t-shirt size but my weight is the same weight as I started which is fine. I can eat whatever I want if I dont workout (panda express,dominos etc) and wake up the next day at the same weight but my body fat % go's up and down. I want to start a cut but I dont want to lose the gains I made since this happend in the past only after a week of low carbing protein still high and fat still in the 50g range. I got the diet etc down and not a real noob when it comes to nutrition but lookin for people have done similar cuts to just lower bodyfat since there weight doesent really go up or down. sorry if this sounds confuseing. I have been doing about 20-30 min of cardio after my weights 4 x a week. I am around 12-15% bf right now and can see my abs clearly when I flex but want to get to 8%. any Help is appreciated.

    And how are you measuring this? One of those "scales"??? They aren't accurate
