    nerve damage in right leg

Wrong place to probably post this but I have nerve damage in my right leg from a surgery on my achillies tendon. My right leg is smaller than my left. I try to isolate I never been able to get in the same size or strength. It also screws up my balance. I have tried dumbell stepups one legged leg press, exten curls. I start with the weaker leg and then as many reps as I get with that leg I do with the stronger one. Even when I do deadlifts heavier I over compensate. Does anybody have a injury like this what can I do. I can't do barbell squats because of this I squat lopsided. I figured sine this is a strength training forum I could get some good input.
