I don't endorse P90X. I don't even do it. I have looked into it, as I have a buddy that swears by it and has been trying to get me on the wagon (he sent me this link), but my posting this isn't in any sort of effort to try and sway anyone's opinion of the program. I was just impressed with the guy's results in what little time he's spent on it so far:

A friend of mine has been talking about this. She is trying to get me to do it possibly.

I have lost nearly all motivation to work out so I am contemplating this as a way to maybe get the fire back somehow. I don't know much about it though, I need to do a lot more research on it to see if it is worth it, though this guy's results are extremely respectable if they are a result of following the program to the letter.
