    Smile weekly Shoulder workout and meals eaten on day.PLease give advice / help

    Hello is this a good shoulder workout and meals eaten to develop muscles ... could this be on track or improved , write your opinion below


    Tuesday Shoulders exercises (equipment dumbells and chin up bar) 4sets of each exercise


    Seated Shoulder Presses 3x8(reps) with 7kg and 9kg dumbells 1x6(reps) with the 9kg and 12kg dumbells

    Front Raises All sets 4x8 with 4kg dumbells
    Lateral Raises 3x8 with 7kg and 9kg dumbells 1x6 with 9kg and 12kg dumbells
    Reverse Flies All sets 4x8 with 4kg dumbells
    Facing grip chin ups All sets 4x5(reps)

    Meals Eaten today

    1= porrigde with scoop of protein
    2= 1/2 can baked beans with glass of milk
    3= 2 eggs with glass of milk
    4= p/butter and jam sandwich , 50g nuts and glass of milk
    5= Canned Chicken
    6= Meatballs and rice
    Post work out meal
    7= Protein shake and egg yolk and milk and 50g nuts
    8= before bed meal will be canned chicken then done.

    Is the nutrition right? thanks please reply
