Changed my macros a tad. Now at 130f/210c/230p. Still unbalanced but the increase in carbs has made such a difference to my energy and performance!
Having serious problems with my bodymedia so I've contacted them and they're looking into it. It has me burning 4200 calories a day! Yes I'm on my feet most of the day but that's ridiculous!

So i know every day im getting enough protein as a min, any other meat etc i eat will load up on this and just go like **** with the weights. Im hitting 190lbs by year end, 200lbs by end of Febuary. March, April and May to cut the **** up and maintain. Lets do this ****.

Say, you're eating at maintenance.
If you've pretty much consumed all your calories, but you're still hungry and you know it's legit hunger with gastric pain and such (not mental cravings or anything like that) do you eat more? Does that mean your maintenance is much higher than what you're eating?
How does that go for cutting then? It must suck lol (I know this is a bulking thread but I hope you ladies don't mind answering my question, it's just a thought I had)try and try until you die

S: 165>>>>185
B: 95>>>>135 (lol)

Okay I went on the scale went from 123 to 127lbs..I gained 4lbs. Is that too much to gain in only a week? Should I reduce my calories by 250? I dont think I'm gaining muscle I think its just fat. I do cardio and I lift my strength has increased and so has my endurance. I eat clean with 1 or 2 day cheat meal I dont have cheat days. This is my first time bulking so I dont know my stomach isnt flat anymore and I feel soft.

4 lbs in a week? Have you eaten 14,000 extra calories? No...so it's not muscle, it's not fat, you're likely just retaining water, perhaps from extra carb intake and/or your cycle. My weight can fluctuate 3 lbs overnight...it's nothing to get worried about - and it's another reason why you shouldn't weigh too often if you can't handle the crazy - and sometimes seemingly inexplicable - ups and downs of the scale.
Look for a consistent trend over time on the scale...adjust accordingly.Goal: Peace, love & happiness...and arms that go bump in the night.

You can be at maintenance and still be hungry. Maintenance is determined over several weeks by the scale. If you are hungry at maintenance then you probably need to readjust meal/snack times and/or increase protein/fats and decrease carbs. Some carbs have an effect like Chinese food. You're hungry an hour later

I'd say so...1.5# fluctuation isn't really that much. Is that a daily flux number or is this a weekly measurement? Remember, every 1g carb binds with about 2 to 3 grams of water...thats .3# right there...right?
