    Arms are so skinny from the front, but when from the side/back, I look swole as fuk.

    I have 15 inch arms at 5 ft 8. They look so small from the front, but big from the side and back. Why is it like this? My arms are too narrow? They look big from the back so it cant be because they are narrow. But from the front, they look tiny.

    Work on ur bicpes BRACHII... Its a small muslce connecting from from bicep to forearm which gives Arms a FULLER look from the front. (has nothing to do with triceps)


    Hammer curls, reverse curls, cross body curls or neutral grip bar...

    also try Drag Curls... bend 45 degrees as if Rowing, pull bar towards mid section and curl...

    (seems lik a cheat curl)

    hey bro dnt listen to tthe people saying makeforeamr biggr that will just make it look way worse trust me, triceps will help a little its mostly the inside of the bicep , the reason it looks good from the side is because ur most likelyworking the peak more then the inside try hammer curls, incline push ups, japenese push ups, tri it with heavy weights 12 to 25 reps and eat alotofmeat the bicep is the most prone to shrinking from not haveing any protein, foucus on the biceps though the most good luck and remember;;; forsure quote "NO PAIN NO GAIN: no lie its a fact u get pain or it wont grow.
