Suffocation

I am 18 years and I do Exercises to stay fit. I go to gym and do only chin-ups push ups and parellel bar dips 3-5 sets of 12 reps of each exercise but i dont feel well .I fell suffocation and it seems that my heart beat rises... why is it so .... reply

you're just short of breathe because you're working out.
and your heart should be beating fast.
take a break between excercises.
