Hi I've been using through a loading phase of creatine and now am taking it pre-workout. But now I've read a few threads about using it post-workout with a shake. Could someone just clear up if it's better to have it pre-workout (ie increase anabolic energy) or post-workout (reduce catabolism). Thanks, I know you guys are probably fed up with creatine questions but i figured this was reasonably legit.
