    Creatine pre or post workout?

    Hi I've been using through a loading phase of creatine and now am taking it pre-workout. But now I've read a few threads about using it post-workout with a shake. Could someone just clear up if it's better to have it pre-workout (ie increase anabolic energy) or post-workout (reduce catabolism). Thanks, I know you guys are probably fed up with creatine questions but i figured this was reasonably legit.

    Also, i forgot to mention before, my protein shake has added glutamine (not as much as if you supplemented it obviously), and i've read that creatine and glutamine should not be taken together, is this true? I would like to build mass rather then strength.

    yeh take it after your workout with your protien shake, and i dont think mixing it with glutamine is bad... if anything it is good
