    Is an 88 pound bench press good for an average 16 year old????!!!!!!!!!!!

    I am able to scrape around 2 proper reps. Am I strong for my age????
    I am 5 foot 6. 16 years old. Mass of 10 stone 13 pounds. Body fat percentage around 15%

    10 stone 13=153 lb (site is predominantly American, bro).

    Answer: No. Not strong at all. But don't worry. With proper training and nutrition, considering your age, your bench press numbers should fly up very quickly.

    No, I was benching 300 before I turned 16, and there are other genetically gifted 16 year olds out there that could bench a ****load more. i assume you just started out though, so be patient and your strength will come
