I would like to do wendler's 5/3/1 program but I can't do squats. I was wondering if any one had any advice to what can I substitute squats for.

I suggest getting a gym membership. But if you can't you gotta do what you gotta do. I would also try doing a power clean and then doing some front squats. if you're capable of that. I'm also assuming you have a bench press rack, see if you can safely get the bar out of that rack for back squats. It obviously depends on the setup of the rack but I know some people have been able to use that successfully.
But srsly, scour craigslist or something and look for squat stands or a power rack.

Is this your first program? Because 5/3/1 isn't the greatest program to start out on. Doesn't allow for beginner gains, and will actually limit you.
As far as your question goes, I'd use whatever squat variation that you can do safely and lift the most weight in. While looking for a squat rack/stands.
