    High calorie smoothie recipe? (homemade)

    I am looking for a high calorie smoothie recipe WITHOUT bananas.

    Will rep good recipes... thank you!

    EDIT: no bananas because I have no bananas left and not going shopping

    personally a high calorie shake i make is with a banana, 2 servings of all nat PB, any kind of milk ( whole probably has the most calories) olive oil, and greek yogurt.
    throw in some extract for flavor

    Add some strawberries or strawberry yogurt so the flavor is a little better.

    When I dont have time to make any snack this is what I usally put in my dear friend my blender:

    Oats
    Whole Milk
    Frozen Strawberries / Frozen Blue berries (both is delicious)
    Penuts / Penut butter
    1-2 spoons Olive Oil
    Protein Powder
    (and usally banans, but you dont have so you can skip)
