    I'm hungry

Talk to me about appetite suppresion. Someone recommended brocolli to me to not feel hungry. I've also heard that water helps (I drink a sh*t ton of water as it is). Are there any other foods I could be eating or snacking that will help keep me feeling full. I'm willing to take supplements, though I really do try to limit the amount of stuff I take. I am already taking Lipo6 and green tea extract.
Thanks. Sorry if this has been asked to death.

Eating fiber helps fill you up and keep you full.

    Whole wheat/grain, fruits, vegetables, etc.

I know things which work for killing my own appetite, but mightn't work for you. Usually, drinking a strong black coffee or some diet Pepsi does the trick, as does chewing some gum. Something I would suggest is that when your cravings start, get up and do something- some cleaning, washing dishes, sweeping floors- just anything which requires some concentration, to take your mind off food.
Anorexia dragged me to rock-bottom; watch me build myself back up...

I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday.
