BBing alone, I'd say over a million a year. 200K from the Olympia, his two major sponorship deals, MuscleTech and Muscular Development, his other small sponsorship deals, guest posings... adds up to a lot.

Doesn't muscletech match contest winnings? (if memory serves they did) so that's 400k. Then Muscular development, muscletech, various other sponsors (he does local tv ads in Vegas) DVD sales and guess appearances + I think he's an investing partner in eattogrow.com (this I'm not 100% on other then he's dedicated a few articles to it in various mags)
I wouldn't be surprised if we were closer to the 2 million dollar range. He's busy man, I know he's cut back on his appearances, but still a strong demand for him when he is available that may be a sort bidding war.

I think when an owner of a supplement store in my city wanted to get Jay here, it was something like 8k or 10k plus food and obviously cost of travel.
Right after the Olympia Jay said he is pounding out 5 guest appearances pretty fast..
So that is already 200k from Olympia, 200k matching bonus from Muscletech, 40k-50k in just those 5 guest appearances..
Plus all the guest appearances he does, and he does them frequently.
Plus dvd sales, clothing and all that sales
Plus his real estate business which probably is the bulk of his money
I'd have to guess around 1 million

he makes about $150k with MD (3 yr contract) the Mr O is 200k and god knows what MuscleTech pays him.. if im not mistaken they double your show winnings.. in jay's case.. that would just be sick..

yeah I remember hearing that he signed a 2 year 1.1 million dollars contract with muscletech once. ive also heard that muscletech matches any prize money you win from contests as well. just from that hes easily racking it at least a million dollars a year +guest posing and appearences.

Supplement companies have ALOT of money to throw around. Hate to break it to ya champ but the mark up on supplements is MASSIVE. well over 100%. And its not even just hardcore gym junkies that buy them. Plenty of people put their money into supplements, even just women trying to get marginally fit will go out and buy a protein supplment. Supplement companies have massive amounts of money to throw around, look at muscle tech they own the top 4 guys in the sport. You cant tell me their contracts arent as big as we think.
This. Id say its in excess of 4-5 million. This guy is fuking LOADED. Even the bbers who didnt reach mr olympia are doing well for themselves. Look at flex wheeler, suure he was incredibly successful but never reached olympia statuus and he is swimmin in cash."Bodybuilding is not about how much muscle you can pack on your frame, but rather how you pack muscle on your frame." - IBey777

200 grand from the Olypmia.
Bob Chic got signed by BSN for a million dollar contract, said most top pros earn the same.
So you could imagine he easily earns a million in sponsorship from Muscular Development AND Muscle Tech, probablly a mill from MT alone.
Then he has his online store, guest posing and appreances, doesnt compare to the top two but sure pulls in decent amount of money.
But most importantly, he signed an atleast 6 figure contract for the new movie, i think he may have signed a contract for mulitple movies.

And he lives in vegas where houses are much cheaper.
