my routine 4 days out of the week is as follows:
8:00am i wake and slam a large cup of water to where my stomach almost hurts and go back to sleep
9:30am i wake up again and cook my bowl of oatmeal in the microwave and have another serving of water
10:00am leave to the gym after food/water settles
anyways after my workouts ill drink my protein shake, make a sandwhich, and eat a fruit.
im still starved after that though. today i worked out in the evening and got home, protein shake, plate of food, peanut butter sandwhich with aglass of milk and was still hungry.
what do i need to be eating after a workout? and will it hurt if i eat alot of it? i am just constantly hungry throughout the day. ill eat lunch 30 mins later im starved. snack, 20 mins later im hungry again. im trying to balance bulking up with toning my lower abs. if i was just trying to gain weight i would stuff my face. but im contradicted, please help

1. Why the fcuk do you do that at 8 am?
2. 5'11" 148 lbs...feel free to stuff your face especially after lifting.
3. If you're serious about putting on some size, which you should be, quit worrying about the abs. 8 months til summer bro :P401

Need to be eating a lot more than that brah - post workout meal should be the largest meal of the day.
Try some brown rice with chicken breasts, or wholewheat pasta with tuna, something with a lot of carbs and protein.Misc Strength Crew

you may need to increase your servings of water
ok ok...all jokes aside, OP, you're hungry because you're not eating. If you want to eat oats, eat a massive bowl of oats made with milk, throw a few scoops of protein in there and some peanut butter. eat a few bananas. go work out. eat the same amount of food when you're done working out.

The Deadlift is the ultimate fight of you VS the bar.
you can't half rep a deadlift.
you can't bounce a deadlift.
you can't arch to get an easier deadlift.
you won't have a spotter to help the hard part of a deadlift.
there's just you, some heavy ass weight, and your b!tch ass having to pick it up.
