quick question. I have to wake up at 4 to hit the gym everyday. Need a little boost to help me wake up and get after it. Looking at these two: Jack3d or SP250. Immediately upon waking up I have about 40g of protein and some quick digesting carbs. With that in mind, which would be the most beneficial for what I am looking for? (pump, energy, focus)

have you looked into our newest product, superpump MAX?
It is a much superior formula, and really exactly what you are looking for; pump energy and focus.
how much time do you have from the time you wake up, to when you take the protein/carbs, to when you workout? Some times the timing of your preworkout shake can make all the difference.Gaspari Nutrition Rep and Overall BAMF

wake up 400am
walk to fridge and chug pre-maid whey/carb shake-410am
so as soon as i wake up, i have my shake to get things going. From that point, I wont be at the gym working out untill about 530. Which means there is about 1 hr and 15 mins from the point that i finish my shake to when i will be hitting the weightsLive to lift, lift to live

Really any pre workout will fit into your schedule man. If you have over an hour and all you're having to eat is a shake, then whatever pre workout you feel is best for you is fine. SP max literally just came out so there are few reviews of it, and people rave about jacked. But I've tried it and all it is, is a fat stim boost. I liked SP250 more than jack3d it gave me more focus, I'm hoping SP max beats 250, which I'm almost positive it will lol.
