Part of the program I'm doing right now involves doing 45 minute LISS sessions (with other stuff as well, of course). Program suggests that I do 4 mph walk for this, but I personally prefer doing a high (20-30%) incline walk at about 2-2.5 mph. I know that's super slow, but if I go higher it wouldn't be LISS anymore. I get my heart rate where it should be, but is there a problem with doing it this way?
