Hi I'm doin a 3 day split right now....mon : bench, incline, squat, clean jerks. wed : deadlift, power cleans, shrugs. fri : box squat, towel bench, one arm rows... I just need some advice on when/what aux lifts to do. I want to get in some exercises for bi's, tri's, calves and traps....I'm just not sure how to split those up in the 3 days I'm at the gym
