    Losing Body fat while gaining muslce size?

    Photo attached from Yesterday, after workout while spanning my muscles.

    I just started getting back into working out. I'm using the P90X program (yeah yeah I know what you think about it) I also wrestle (season starting in November). I do not have as good of an endurance and leg strength as I like. I'd also like to gain some muscle size and define the muscles. My problem are is that I have more fat then I would like on my abs. My aim is to get better endurance, better length strength, better balance, gain muscle size and lose some body fat.

    Workout wise I follow the p90x program and I take Jack3d before the workout and Dark Matter after the workout. I am wondering what some tips are on losing body fat while gaining size and definition. I don't really have a diet plan either. I've been looking through these plans and picking up some stuff But I am wondering if some people could give some input on what I do as well. (Such as changing my training plan, my diet, suggested supplements and other)

    Any help is appreciated.

    First off.. P90x is the fcking ****. I have no idea where you're getting the negative connotations from. nobody who has tried the x is slammin that ****. As far as gaining muscle while losing fat honestly it looks like to me you just need to gain some muscle. don't worry about dropping bodyfat while doing that it's hard enough just to straight bulk or straight cut. Build some more lean mass and your bodyfat % will automatically drop (thats just pure math brah..) can't give u any tips on your plan, your diet, or your supps as i am too lazy to view your profile in order to do so.
