Sup.
Basically, I'm wondering how does my chest look. Personally I hate it, I'm convinced it looks like I have tits.
Obviously I'm far from a beach body. I guess 3 years of hard training went to **** somewhere along the way. I can squat 400+ lbs, cool, who gives a **** if I don't look like I can?
I want your honest opinions brahs

I mean, I know I don't have gyno. I'm just wondering if they look bad.
Yeah the nips are puffy, my chest looks a lot better when it's cold or wet. Nothing I can do about them unfortunately, it's pissing me off. They have a major effect on my confidence.

In my opinion they look fine, I wouldn't have even noticed anything unless you pointed it out in this thread. To be honest, you've already repped me, I don't need to hug your nuts for reps now () that being said, my unbiased opinion is that your nips look fine brah, certainly nothing to have an effect on your confidence, like I said, I wouldn't have even pointed anything out if not for you bringing it to my attention. If I saw you walking down the street (with your shirt off for whatever reason?) I wouldn't even know a damn thing."The brain does much more than just recollect. Dude I think I'm on your boat. I was wondering if I had gyno/too much fat by my nipples (though my BF% isn't that high) but I think it's just puffy nipples. It's really bothersome. You're slightly better off though. My nipples are darker so I don't usually ever want to wear white t-shirts because you can see nipple shade through. The only solution I've heard is just to have a big enough chest and to be decently cut. Or surgery I guess. :/

His flat upper chest and buldging lower chest is way more of the problem than his nipples.
I'm telling you as a fact that doing incline only will completely change your chest for the better. 99% of guys with aesthetic chests (which really comes down to a strong upper to lower chest ratio) will tell you the same thing. Worked for me, my pecs used to look way worse than yours and now look pretty well balanced and are only getting better.
And no your lower pecs aren't going to dissapear, incline hits lower pecs more than flat hits upper from my experience. Not to mention you really don't need that much lower chest for it to look like enough where as it takes a lot to fill in the collarbone area.
35 degrees or so is the ideal incline angle imo but I also do 15 degrees a lot too. Occasionaly do about 55 degrees (targets highest fibers of the chest) even though it hits front delts a lot.
People say incline hits front shoulders a lot too and I completely agree, consider that a good thing though. My front shoulders grow in proportion to everything else without any direct work (overhead presses or front raises)
/advice that people will ignore cause flat barbell bench press is the most important exercise ever

I think they look fine tbh. You have a small frame, but you seem pretty built, to me at least.

Bro, I know the exact feeling. When it's cold and the nipples get hard it looks good, but when it's warm the nipples are a little more puffy. Not sure what to do about it, but definitely it looks like your lower portion of the chest is dominant like another fellow said. Try heavy incline dumbell presses for a while and you'll build up the upper shelf of pec muscle.

I wouldn't say that you have gyno. You definitely do store more fat in that area around the nipple, but that tends to be genetic. If you cut your body fat % down to sub 10% I'm guessing that the fat around that area would start to disappear, since you look to be in the 14% range. If you get to a lower bf and nothing changes, maybe you would want to look into some type of cortisol control supp. But honestly, I wouldn't worry about it, you look fine, don't let it get you down, you look better than most fatass americans these days.

OP you look like you've been lifting for maybe a year. It's a solid physique but imo definately not reflective of 3+ years in the gym.
Shoulders/traps seem pretty small to me, maybe you should switch over to bb'ing for a while to bring them up?
Oh and yeah, you definately don't have gyno....new log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?p=690964161#post690964161
