Hey All,
I am looking for a contest prep coach. I contacted a big name local coach, but he seemed to be very full of BS. I asked him specific questions with general answers that I felt like he copy and pasted.
How do you know what to look for in a coach and how does it work with online coaching? Is using Skype accurate enough for a coach to tell you how you look compared to in person.

Email Them
See their responses
Get their rates, see how they respond, see their methods or previous clients and go from there.
I would personally just send pictures, thats all you need to do. Skype will be icing on the cake

Feel free to shoot me an email or check out my website in my signature. I'll answer any and all questions you may have - have told potential clients in the past that competing isn't in their best interest and will give you a no BS assessment based on where you are at. can also provide past and present clients for you to contact personally so you don't have to take my word for it
