I have never talked to a guy who had anything good to say about fake ones. Women do this because other women do it, and although I have no idea what their reasons are, it has nothing to do with men.
Competitive bodybuilding is compatible neither with breasts, health, or what most people consider beautiful. The money would be better spent on steroids; at least then the people you're trying to impress will appreciate what you made bigger.

Ok...this thread is super interesting. Read through it and pretty sure no one even went down this road....
I was a 32DD by the time I was 16 years old. Always super self-conscious, especially being a ballet dancer. Actually had a consultation for a reduction but decided against it b/c I decided, even at that young age, that I wanted to breastfeed and didn't want to jeopardize that.
As I grew older and discovered weight training and even got down to around 12% bodyfat for my first figure comp at age 22, my breasts still never got smaller than a C or D cup.
Fast forward...got married, got pregnant...hung out at a D cup....went up to a DD/E cup while breastfeeding. Breastfed two children for a total of 25 months. Competed 3 times while breastfeeding the second one. After weaning my second child, I shrank down to about a C cup...but super saggy and very asymmetrical. I really hated it and didn't feel like myself anymore....and had no bras that fit!!!
Decided to have a breast lift & augmentation to return to my "former self." I had a lift only on one side to correct asymmetry and small implants to fill out my empty skin. I am now a perfect, natural looking D cup...most of my friends have no idea I did it (even though it's not a secret)...I just look and feel like myself again! I consider my surgery to be "reconstructive"
So, no not all women do it for attention or b/c they use, or even b/c they get small when they diet down. Just wanted to shine a different perspective on this issue!!!

100% me!
Im a Figure competitor and im all natural.... thats inc boobies and substances. I would love to make it to the top and prove that you dont need any artificial help to do it.... Its hard not to get disheartened when the girls you are on stage with have fake boobs and signs of other stuff though. Id also love to make it in Fitness Modelling and promo work, prove that you dont have to be in your 20's with massive boobies to do well, i just hope im not deluding myself lol!!!

You and my wife are in the same boat! I agree that implants do help with improving the overall proportion by creating the illusion of a narrower waist from the front and a more enhanced hour glass figure, but there is no substitute for an amazing physique. My recommendation would be to keep training hard and eating right and simply get your name and face out there. Companies will invest in you if they feel they could make money off of your image. It is a business after all. And as long as you have the basic frame of what they are looking for, photoshop can enhance the rest. Heck, every cover image you see is touched up in some way.

I am in all favour of natural breasts and no implants but I don't think its fair to say that losing so much fat that it shrinks your breasts is unhealthy. I have small breasts and If I wear to reduce my body fat to even as much as 15-18% I am pretty sure my breasts would almost fully disappear.
Because there is quite a bit of fat in my body and not much in my breasts(and breasts are made up mostly of fat) and we can all agree that spot reduction is impossible. So losing any amount of fat is going to be apparent on a small chested woman

Wow cant believe there are people arguing over fake boobs ( the dudes in this thread at least). Its a preference, bottomline if you dont like fake boobs thats ok and its ok if you do like fake ones..different strokes for different folks. The reason why they get implants, well what i believe anyways, is that they are still women. Even if they pack on muscle and cut bf way down to compete they are still women and still want to be seen as "womanly" or "feminine" I could be totally off base but I think that they want to show they can be be strong and sexy ya know? And if they lose their breasts then its almost like saying that they basically have to become men in order compete. So they get implants, Like i said i could be totally wrong here.

Regarding professional female bodybuilding:
They increase T levels so much that they're basically men. Might as well try to show off what femininity they have left.
Regarding random girls in the gym:
Do what you gotta do, I don't care either way.
Regarding girls with A Cups:
