Stats: 5'7 , 145 lbs, not sure of bf but I'd guess around 15%.
Question: To cut weight/bf down and then do a slow lean bulk or just bulk now? Newbie here - I'm currently on Fierce 5 Novice. I feel like I've gained alot of fat around my face and it's annoying the chit outtA me.
Long term goal: To gain muscle mass and maximize strength.
Seeking advice from gym gods..

Bulk. You have nothing to cut to right now.
Spend 8-12 months slowly bulking around 2lbs/month and keep following that program.
Got to build the muscle to have it. Can't build it wasting time cutting.�USMC (2009-2013) �
