Wow that rear double bi is insane compared to 2008.
I do think his midsection has got slightly thicker but I trust Phil is smart enough to control that as time goes by.Getting my aesthetic on bro.

I actually prefer some of the poses in 2008 but he was much, much improved in '10.

Ya the most noticeable changes are his back and he brought a better level of conditioning.
Watch the gut Phil. If you keep it tight it will really separate you from the rest of the field. Just don't give up too much size over it because you're not going to beat Jay without size (unless Jay shows up soft ... that's the only way Dex could ever beat him)My $0.02 is worth $0.03

I like his pics and vids from the 2008,09,10 Olympia more than those from the Arnold 07, 08, 10. I think the lights are better at the Olympia.
