Heres what you do:
materials needed:
A small razor
surgical wire
pliars
1. Use knife to cut off your facial skin. Basically cut a circle around your head, and your face should fall right off.
2. Pick up your face and use your fingers to scrape off all the fat.
3. Place face back on your head, and stitch it back on with the medical wire, using pliars to push/pull the wire.
4. Enjoy your leaner face!Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x4, 345x1
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 185x8, 195x5, 215x1
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)
