I've been stuck at 175 for some time, am a hard-gainer but still wanna get to 200. Got the supplements part down ;-) but need ideas for meals. Good lasagna recipes or how to get the most protein into ur food. Tired of the same old chicken with pasta or steak with rice. Sauce ideas? Everything is so dry. Someone help me please :-)
