    Quick creatine monohydrate question

With how much water should i take a dose of creatine. I mean, how much is enough for creatine to melt. Is 1dl (3.381 oz) enough or it isn't important at all?

Doesn't matter. Enough to wash it down. You should be drinking about a gallon of water a day anyway..

Why do you think creatine would melt in water? Do you mean dissolve?

Creatine doesn't really dissolve in water (as in it is not very soluble unless at higher temperatures which would change the Creatine to a different molecule).

Just mix it, drink it an drink alot of water

Not the most efficient or cost effective way of using CM for athletic uses as you need 3-5g. Probably fine for those using low doses for the possible health/cognitive effects using lower doses in the 500mg range.

I saw a post here saying creatine will dissolve better in warm water. Give it a shot.
