What is the difference between M-Stak and Stak 2 (Animal Pak)

Just wondered what they do different and which one would be better for muscle gains.

Animal Stak 2 is better. M Stak isn't a test booster. M Stak works with protein in some way.

This has been a long debated question, so its hard to tell if any real results are obtained from pumps. But in anycase, Stak 2 is a testosterone booster while M-stak is a methoxyisoflavone product that enhances protein synthesis, nutrient partitioning (so nutrients mainly goto the muscles), and nitrogen retention. Some people say that M-stak doesnt have enough methoxy to be effective but at the same time many people have had great results off of M-stak. Stak 2 has also had some good reviews.
