    How to get wider pecs?

    My chest has decent size, but I don't think it's wide enough. What are some exercises that specifically increase chest width, or does that just come with time; I've been working out for about 6 months now. Currently here are the exercises I am doing for chest:

    Bench Press
    Sitting Pec Fly
    30 Degree Bench Fly

    I found that if I make sure to bring the bar all the way to my chest, touch for a sec, then push from there the outer edge ( like near my shoulders) gets hit better. That what your asking about?

    Heres and idea, you know that thing at the top of your screen its square and says "search" on it. Yeah there you go, you see it? Why dont you actually use that damn thing and quit expecting people to feed you like your a damn baby. I here people say the only stupid question is the one you didnt ask.....that is a lie. 395/520/650 from 3" deficit @235.

    You should probably include some lower/upper dominating chest work into your routine. Incline bench press and Dips/Decline bench for example. Be sure to eat a little more too.

    Try widening your grip on bench press, the further out you go, the more chest isolation.

    Also, when doing push ups, with a slight degree, open your hands so your fingers are pointed outwards a little bit. YOU WILL FEEL THE DIFFERENCE.

    Upper chest exercises will build your upper chest muscle and give move seperation if your bodyfat % is low enough....

    Usually to widen the chest, its exercises that use a wider grip or the flys
    Wide Grip Pushups
    Flys
    Bent over Dips

    Thanks a lot guys. I've always been making sure the barbell hits my chest on the bench, but yea I'll try some of those other tips....definitely gotta get my food intake up tho.
