    How to measure my Body Fat?

    I know only one way to measure bodyfat (BF), per the military and it is different from bodybuilding/fitness. We measure our neck and subtract that from our neck and look at an age/BF chart. I've never had to be taped, and always been slim so I have never actually learned my BF. I got the tape on standby! Tell me how please
