Hi all, growing up I had a normal figure. It wasnt until about 6th grade that my thighs and butt started getting bigger. I did play soccer and basketball which probably added to the issue. In highschool my best lift was squat. My max was 370lbs which is pretty good by my standards. So now fast forward to college (20 yrs old) and I still have the same issue. I dont consider myself fat. I am just a thick guy. Always really have been. Ive been wearing a 38 waist for a couple years now.
But it sucks cause the only reason im a 38 waist is cause the pants/shorts have to get over my thighs and butt. Its not my waist that is big. My waist is probably more of a 34-36.
Basically, my question is, is there anyway at all to get my thighs and butt smaller? Cause they are both just solid muscle. Will they get smaller with weight loss? Cause I am trying to loose about 30lbs or so at the moment. Want to look good for a cruise in a year from now. Thanks guys!
