he's been hitting the shot differently since 08.
he no longer brings his shoulder blades forward as he used to .
its to show a bit more detail mid back which he's been criticized for lacking. personally i think he should stick to his guns & hit it the way he used to in 07 & prior which emphasizes the taper.
its irrelevant coz he aint first. period. this is his best pose & looks good compared to any1. there are plenty of single-pose mr.olympias out there.
but if he improved at phil's rate over the last few yrs...."Though the concept is not scientifically validated in detail (it should be considered as a hypothesis rather than a scientific theory), it is useful from a practical standpoint. When training athletes, it is impossible to wait until scientific research provides all of the necessary knowledge." Vladmir M. Zatsiorsky, Ph.D.

I never lost faith in him. His 2007 showing made such an impression on me, that his 2008 and 2009 showings did not phase me at all.
People started forgetting the potential this guy has. I'm very excited to see what he brings to the table in the years to come. He is only 31.
I feel like a parrot repeating it, but damn, people were really trashing him for a while. If they forget so easily what potential is, then I'll just keep on parroting away.
A very beautiful back double bicep.

I love wolfs posing routines/song, he literally looks like a king/leader/barbarian combination alpha status, none of the gay **** routines. anyways love him no homo, i hope he does good.

Wolf is beating both Greene and Martinez. Never thought I'd say this, but frankly he has better conditioning then both of them.
His lower back also has seemed to improve. Also, his taper is amazing.
If he can keep his peak, he'll definitely be in the top 6. There is only the posing routine before they call top 6 and I think Martinez and Greene are too far behind to catch up. And depending on if the top four guys hold their peak, he might be able to crack in there. He did get some comparisons with Jay Cutler.
Really happy for the guy. Must feel good to prove everyone wrong.Frustrated at bodybuilding? Read my rant:
