When were you there? I went in mid-August. Was hot as hell, but I had such a good time. You hit Roppongi up? It was a blast.

Japan is the sht. Went twice back in 2006 when I was dating a Japanese girl. Absolutely loved it and am planning on going back in the near future. Have you guys ever had oyakodon? It's some really cheap bowl of rice and chicken with egg on top (or something like that). Delicious.

lol it seriously is. Their electronic stores are so flashy. You go ADD the second you go in. Gotta love sitting on the massage chairs while watching TV in the stores haha.

Tokyo is so clean it looks like plastic. It's probably what I like the most. I love huge cities but they're usually dirty and nasty like NYC.

Can't recommend it enough, man. If you get the chance, go. But in addition to Tokyo, make sure you check out the historic and more cultural stuff too.

Where else in Japan did you brahs go to? And how long were you guys in Japan?

I went to Tokyo, Miyajima - amazingly beautiful, Hiroshima - As an American, was pretty heavy and eye opening, and Iwakuni - just a small city. edit: Went to Fukuoka for a night too. Didn't see much of it, just went to the clubs. But it seemed cool.

Maybe if I get over my laziness I'll upload some pics. Just hate having to resize them all.

Yeah. I love how they have the train setup w/ the Yamanote line to take you in a big circle around the districts. Good stuff.

Actually, it's pretty easy. Their trains have info in both languages and even announce the stations in both languages. If you're not entirely stupid, you can get around easily.
