    What's the best way to become flexible? Any links? Thanks.

    Pretty simple really....stretch.
    Every day do some sort of flexibility training.
    Usually 3x's :30s hold each stretch. If you're about to go train do dynamic stretching and warmup. Stretch statically afterwards.

    Try things like yoga or pilates if u need to mix it up. I've been doin yoga for my low back and its helped quite a bit just relieving pressure off that area.

    Yup ... you have to work at it all the time to increase your flexibility. You will see gains soon enough but just work at it.

    If you get your hips stronger it will make you much more flexible in your legs it worked for me.

    The best way to stretch and also get great flexibility is to do some yoga. I know, girly stuff. But it really is harder than it looks and it will also make you feel much better. The best part is you can do it in your home with a video if you are not ready to go to an actual class.
