How many calories per day can you consume per day--and not lose or gain weight
I am coming off of a cut, and am going to expirement with calorie intake for 1 week.
I want to test BMR calculators that I have found online.
Let me know any thoughts anyone might have, and also please post your maintance(if you know)

I'm gaining .5lb a week on 2100 for the past 2 weeks. So I believe my maintenance is between 1800-1900 atm.
Start (fat guy):May 31 2009 - 205lbs ~34%bf
(first large cut) July 31 2010 - 140 lbs ~14-15%bf
(first bulk) March 1 2011 - 164lbs ~18-19%bf
Currently (June 30, 2011) - 146lbs ~11-12% bf
Ultimate Long term Goal - 170lbs @ 10%bf

Maint / Recomp (oct 2010 - July 2011)
Aug/Sep/Oct '11 - fat loss / cut Goal: 1 lb every 5 days / (3500 cals burnt every 5 days - 400 cal deficit food | 300 cal deficit gym daily)
