A bit sick: how to workout? + question on medicines

    Hi guys,

unfortunately, a m********king something attacked my throat during the weekend and I became a bit sick. I feel nothing in my lungs, I can breathe correctly, and my nose is fine, but my throat is affected and this was and still is noticeable from my voice. As I still would like to be active and do something, I have two questions on the matter:

    1. Is it possible to workout normally? - 1.1 If not at all in your opinion, can I just deload or, as an alternative, do my bodyweight resistance workout at home?

    2. I'm taking two medicines, one containing paracetamol and a candy for the throat containing hydroclorid benzydamine, and I will also need to take them around my workout (not sure if pre or post). Do they affect it and, specifically, will they inhibit protein synthesis in any way?

    Thanks for the support.

    -- EDIT --

Now I'm feeling very, very good and full of energy, also compared to some hours ago, hence I will go to the gym to workout and evaluate how I handle weights.

As I still need to take those medicines, my question is: is there any problem if I take them right after the workout?
