Yes I tried and still using Hydroxycut hardcore pro series and I've used hyrdroxycut hardcore x too but, because I was not eating clean, I can't really compareOriginally Posted by Dizzyiscrazy

When I was taking 3caps before my cardio training, I don't sweat much as now taking it 30 min before meal
Maybe the only one servings that you can take before your workout its if you do fasted cardio, I take it upon waking and I do my cardio 15min later and I eat immediatly when I finish my cardio.
